    10. Is there space outside the property to locate a heat pump? Approximate size: 2m x 1m – and 1m from any boundary.

    11. Has loft or roof insulation been fitted?

    If not, would you be willing to have it installed?

    12. Does the property benefit from double/triple glazing?

    13. Do you have a valid EPC (Energy Performance Certificate)?

    If so, what date was the EPC carried out?

    14. Is the property listed or in a conservation area?
